Are you flossing that cassette as much as you should?
Today we put on a great Bikes and Beers Maintenance 101 course with some of the crew from @yycruncrew!
Much fun was had and those drivetrains have never looked cleaner! The runners are slowly ditching the shoes for wheels…

Setting an alarm on a weekend morning is a choice. One I will happily say “heck YES” to if it’s for adventure! 🚲 •••
.
Today’s heck YES list included:
✅ Checking out a great new route #springbank 🗺
✅ Crushing hills with two rad women #teamtrek 🚲
✅ Biking 58k for @fastandfemale’s Girl You Got This
✅ Testing out my new kit 👌 @ridleyscycle
✅ Mango IPA 🍨 @madebymarcus... I’m typically a heck YES to ice cream so that wasn’t a tough sell! 😉
.
What are you saying “heck YES” to these last few days of July? 💭🔥 •••

Was very stoked to be back out running with the socially distanced crew yesterday. Been nursing a bit of an ankle issue the past few weeks but with the help of @tyson_physio hopefully the worst is behind me! Yesterday was the first time in almost 2 months that I put in more than 10km in my runners. So we’re getting there.
Anyways, we’ll be back at it this Sunday at 9am and 9:20am so check out @yycruncrew for all the deets! People have been asking about Tuesday and Thursday runs and I’ll just say there’s some stuff in the works with the community that supports our runs. There are going to be some changes that we hope will get us not just back on the pavement (or dirt! 😉) that will hopefully make the return of Tue/Thu runs even better than before!
🤙🏽
