Going viral can be very overwhelming, especially when it comes to anything like this 🙈

@hschubiner’s groundbreaking work got me over many, many chronic symptoms that have been fobbed off under all kinds of labels over the years, honestly I’ve collected the full alphabet as my long time followers will know
GAD to depression to EDs to TMJ to IBS to PMS then PMDD to chronic neck pain to ME/CFS/long covid to FND and fibromyalgia and on and on 🙃 It was all a hypersensitive nervous system and responded to the right approach, which there’s no one pill or surgery for, unfortunately. The whole system needs “rewiring” in a sense. It’s hard but possible! But I wanted to share the books and YouTube channels that helped me to recover through education and changing how I responded to symptoms and to my own emotions, and I am very glad I did as it has already helped so many people, but I am completely incapable of being there for people in the way some are wanting me to be and so I’ve had to retreat for a while. If you are one of the people who thinks I can walk you through this, please go to these people these are the sources that walked ME through it!

I need to practice what I preach. Maybe one day I’ll be strong enough /will have enough free time to get a coaching qualification (I have an education degree but coaching is very different from teaching!) but right now, thinking and talking a lot about symptoms isn’t something that feels good for my own nervous system, and I have so many responsibilities that even if I wanted to help you one on one, I simply couldn’t đŸ˜đŸ’”đŸ«¶ Hopefully this can be a line in the sand. I see you, you are on the right path and I fully believe that if you follow the above folks and practice what they teach you will get to where I’m at! Xxxx
