Caliber Summer Party 2026 🍷☀️✨

We had such an amazing time celebrating our Caliber family at Matthews Winery! It was the perfect evening to step away from the hustle, catch up, and celebrate all of the hard work and accomplishments of our incredible agents.

Another chapter closing.

I spent so many weekends at this place with some of my favorite people, DJs, staff, and friends. We celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, breakups, promotions, girls’ nights out, guys’ nights out, and other countless nights. For 20 years, Havana’s wasn’t just a nightclub. It was part of Seattle’s nightlife fabric and part of so many people’s stories.

When I retired from DJing clubs a few years ago, a part of me definitely disappeared. But I also got something back, more time with my two girls. Still, stepping away from the booth left a void that only DJs really understand.

Havana’s was special.

It gave me the opportunity to connect with complete strangers every weekend. After years behind the decks, you learned how to read a room. The tempo. It was a small room, and if you played the wrong song, the crowd wasn’t forgiving. You could literally watch people walk off the dance floor right in front of you.

Consistency was always at the core of what made Havana’s work. You could show up on a Friday or Saturday night and know the music was going to deliver.

I’m incredibly sad to see this chapter come to an end, but I’m equally proud of the team behind it.

Thank you to every manager, bartender, bar back, security guard, door person, cocktail server and DJ who made Havana’s what it was.

To everyone who ever walked through those doors, thank you. I hope somewhere in the blur of Seattle nightlife, Havana’s gave you a memory that still makes you smile.

A special thank you to Quentin for having the vision to build something that lasted two decades and for giving me the opportunity to be part of it as an investor, partner and DJ. And of course, we love and miss Eli Baroh and Soul One.

Tonight, I’ll be back on the decks one last time for the final sendoff.

I’ll be taking requests too.

So many moments this last week with friends, tons of delicious food...but what takes the cake, being able to be a part of major moments for 2 friends.

When @alanview knew he was gonna propose to @marleysm0m , he called me and said, "you have to design this ring...there's no other way."

A little doodle later and @naomib253 ran with and had it produced for him in nyc.

The main stone to represent their love and the tiny round to represent the special role and love they have for lil' Marley.

We helped setting up their place on Friday for the proposal, with @michaeljamessing slaying the florals and me shoving/hiding all things that didn't need to be out. LOL!

And then we did a little moment for their babyshower as well yesterday. Flowers everywhere.

What a weeeeeeek! Blessings on blessings. I'm tired. Good night. Syke, off to work.
