MAKE Stories Heard | Story #4: Abdullah Aryan

In the demanding world of audit, where deadlines are tight and every engagement brings new challenges, Abdullah Aryan, Assistant Auditor, has found that prioritizing his health has become one of the biggest contributors to a better lifestyle and career.

"Sound body, sound mind. I've learned that when you invest in your health, you're also investing in your ability to perform, grow, and support those around you."

What started as a personal decision to transform his lifestyle and become a healthier, stronger version of himself has evolved into a mindset that shapes the way he approaches both work and life.

He said, "I wanted to change my life. I wasn't happy with where I was physically, and I knew that becoming healthier would require discipline, consistency, and commitment. Over time, I realized those same qualities didn't stay in the gym. I now carry them over into every part of my life."

For Abdullah, staying active isn't simply about fitness. It's about building the mental strength needed to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

They say health is wealth, and Abdullah's journey is a testament to that. His story is a reminder that investing in ourselves, physically, mentally, and professionally, can create opportunities that extend far beyond the workplace. That's how we #MakeTheDifference.
