A little "thank you" goes a long way and we're here to help you plan that!

One of our favorite suggestions are thoughtful guest favors that are actually enjoyed instead of left behind.

Whether it's a sweet treat, a late-night snack to take home, locally made goodies, or something meaningful to your story, we love helping you choose favors that your guests will genuinely appreciate. We don't just point you in the right direction, we'll happily set them out for your guests, making sure every place setting or favor display looks picture-perfect!

It's one less thing for you to think about and one more way we make sure you don't miss a moment. From the biggest moments to the smallest details, we've got you covered so you can simply have a Dang Good Time ♡

Wedding planning can add up FAST, but one of our favorite things to do is help you make the most of your budget!

From finding creative ways to cut unnecessary expenses, to suggesting budget-friendly alternatives that still bring your vision to life, we're always looking for opportunities to save you money without sacrificing the experience.

We'll help you navigate vendor packages, uncover hidden freebies and perks, and make sure you're getting the most value for every dollar spent!

Not sure how much alcohol to buy? We've got you. Wondering if you really need that extra rental item? We'll talk it through. Need help comparing package options? We're here for that too.

Whether it's helping you determine how many drinks your guests will actually consume, what types of alcohol make the most sense for your crowd, or finding simple swaps that keep your wedding beautiful and budget-conscious, we're here to help every step of the way.

Our goal is to help you create an incredible wedding day without overspending, so you can soak in every moment, make every memory, and never spend your wedding day worrying about whether you ordered too much, too little, or missed something important. Because every dollar saved is a dollar that can go toward what matters most—celebrating with the people you love, being fully present, and having a dang good time! ♡

A great wedding day doesn't happen because one vendor is amazing—it happens when your vendor team works together! ♡

Your coordinator, photographer, and DJ should be in constant sync throughout the day, making sure every moment happens at the right time, in the right order, and without feeling rushed.

Before the DJ lines up the grand entrance, we're checking with your photographer. Before family photos begin, we're making sure everyone is where they need to be. Before speeches start, we're confirming dinner service is ready. It's a team effort from start to finish.

When everyone communicates and works from the same timeline, the day flows beautifully, your vendors can do their best work, and most importantly—you don't miss a single moment.

Because your job on wedding day isn't to watch the clock... it's to soak it all in and have a dang good time. 🥂♡

Would anyone like some cake?

It's nearing the end of the reception line up and now its time for the cake cutting, but one big question we get is, who cuts up the cake for our guests?

The simple answer is, not us! Wedding coordinators aren't suppose to do anything food related due to health and safety regulations. Ideally, if you're hiring a caterer, they are responsible for cutting the cake and either passing the slices out to guests or placing on a dessert table.

If you don't hire a caterer and the venue doesn't provide staff to assist with things like this, the next in line to handle food would be a designated family member.

Can we do it if you ask? Yes, we can, but we do add a small charge to your final balance.
