This week I’ve been investigating Al Barari a place that appears to have completely forgotten it’s located in the middle of a DESERT. ..Al Barari, you green little overachiever you!

its probably best known for its GIGANTIC villas, but there’s actually a big variety of housing here from beautiful studios and apartments right up to townhouses and mental villas.

Key investigative notes:

There’s Greenery EVERYWHERE.

Despite it being fairly “into the desert” it didn’t take me long to get there…would love to hear from anyone living there if traffic gets bad and whereeee do you shop?!

Stand out cafe/reatuarart was Nette and Lowe, ..there’s also The farm which has lovely outdoor seating.

I’ve also been recommended Heart & Soul health club for amazing facials!

If anyone needs to speak to a Al Barari specialist shoot me a DM and I’ll send you the contact I have who was super helpful!

If you need help finding the perfect location to live in doooobs I’ve now covered 9 spots: (and yes I’ve only just realised this hence why I say 8 in the video!)

1. The Springs & Meadows

2. Tilal Al Ghaf

3. Dubai Hills

4. Arabian Ranches 1&3

5. JVC

6. Madinat Jumeirah Living

7. Townsquare

8. Dubai Creek Harbour

9. Al Barari!

Some days Dubai is all glass & concrete… and we just need some green 🌿 Now that the weather is finally cooling down, it’s the perfect time to swap the AC for fresh air and coffee in a garden. So we rounded up 10 cafés for when you’re craving trees, gardens and a little escape from the city. Some have beautiful gardens to sit outside, others bring the garden indoors.

🌸 Oath Café: coffee among the flowers
🦢 The Farm: a long, slow brunch
🌳 The Barn: coffee & cake on the grass
🧘‍♀️ Seva: unplug (no Wi-Fi!)
🍵 Nette: matcha under the mango tree
🥐 Artisan Bakers: a sweet treat
🎨 Ivy’s Secret Garden: a creative afternoon
⛲ Seven Seeds: a hidden garden with a fountain
🥑 Harvest & Co: farm-to-table breakfast
🪴 Roseleaf: cake among the hanging plants

Save this for the next time you’re craving some green, or send it to the friend who’s always looking for a bit of nature in Dubai.🌿

Which green spot did we miss? 👇
