september dump because apparently everything looks better when I’m emotionally unavailable and the photos are black & white.

the song makes no sense but neither does my camera roll, so it felt right:
getting rid of unproductive thoughts and impostor syndrome one step at a time, and somehow every time I take one I end up smiling.. probably because I turn on the TV and there’s @albat.ross , look at a sign and there’s my cat, look out the window and there’s my cat looking back like we both know something I don’t. I haven’t cleaned the windows in years because today was definitely going to rain, and then it finally does, which feels less like weather and more like personal validation. I eat a fig for the first time since I had baby teeth and immediately remember why I stopped. some things are better left in childhood. the photos came out shit? blaming the lights. client cancelled? suddenly I’m at the sea. healing is apparently just accepting that life makes absolutely no sense and choosing to enjoy the plot anyway.

I can make a song out of this. I won’t.

p.s. if you actually read all this let me know and I’ll bring you a biscuit

Paid for extra storage for this exact moment.

Back when my makeup hadn’t melted yet.

When I didn’t know I’d be hanging out in a ditch with crabs by 4am.

And when I believed I’d just created photographic masterpieces, but that was just the spritz kicking in.

“The girl is good, but she gets distracted easily; she could apply herself more.“

Meanwhile, Jessica Fletcher applies herself at bingo with limited results, and subsequently comes down with a stomach flu.
