Built on purpose 💪

Two years in the making, guys. Can you believe it? I went from bodybuilding to training for CANPL Nationals, and it’s 2 weeks away!!! 🥹

NONE of this was accidental!
Every lift, every meal, every choice over the past 2 YEARS had a reason.

Each phase built toward this moment: Build. Re-enter. Grow. Execute. Refine. Arrive.

I didn’t “take a break” from powerlifting.. I built. I used bodybuilding to grow muscle and mindset, moved up intentionally, competed well-fueled, and cut slowly.

Every step was part of the plan.
This cut started back in June, and I’ve been tracking, adjusting, and building my strength and metabolism carefully ever since.. all to make sure I can hit Nationals at my strongest and healthiest.

This is why I tell people all the time: TRUST THE PROCESS.

Have a plan & follow it. You can do sooo much more than you think you’re capable of. 💕

Proud to represent Kings Fitness and Team Alberta! 🇨🇦🔥

Volunteer sign up is live! Head on over to our website (link in bio) to sign up. We are thankful for those that continually give back to the sport and we need your help. Without volunteers, meets just don’t happen. It’s the people who donate their time and muscle to help load and unload the trucks, who help with setup and tear down, the ones who have your back on the platform and ensure your safety. They load plates, give you the perfect handoff for that bench attempt or help you back into the rack after that squat PR or Record attempt. They are the unsung heroes of every meet. From the score table, announcers, clean up crews, registration table, food and beverage prep and platform to those slugging the gear and countless other tasks, they are the very backbone of every meet. And we need them to help pull off a successful Nationals. We thank you in advance for signing up and helping us ensure an efficient and above all a safe CanPl National Championship.
