Some walks mean more than words can ever express. 💜

On Saturday, October 24th, my family and I will be participating in the Pancreatic Cancer 5K Walk/Run at Erindale Park in Mississauga in loving memory of my dad.

Losing him has left a space in our hearts that can never be filled, but we hope that by coming together, we can help make a difference for the families who are still fighting this battle. We walk in his honour, in his memory, and with the hope of one day finding a cure. 💜

If you’d like to support this cause, donations can be made through the link in my bio. And if you’d like to join us on October 24th, we would love to have you there. Every step, every donation, and every bit of support means more than you know.

For my dad, and for every family affected by pancreatic cancer. Until there’s a cure. 💜🕊️

Toronto is built on people chasing something bigger than themselves.

The artists.
The entrepreneurs.
The creators.
The dreamers.

The people willing to bet on themselves when nobody else does.

Pulling up to events like this isn't about clout—it's about community.

It's about showing love to the people putting in the work, building brands, creating opportunities, and leaving their mark on the city.

From Queen Street West to every corner of the 6ix, there are everyday people turning ideas into reality.

That's why we show up.

That's why we support.

Because when one person wins, it shows everybody else what's possible.

Shout out to the creators, the businesses, the artists, and the visionaries who keep pushing the culture forward.

Keep building.
Keep creating.
Keep believing.

And remember...

The people everyone celebrates tomorrow are usually the ones putting in the work when nobody's watching today.

Echoes of Care: A Mouth Without Words is an intimate, single-day drama centered on two estranged sisters, Melissa and Rachel, brought together by the silent reality of caring for their mother, Agatha. Rachel, worn down from carrying the burden alone, is guarded and resentful, while Melissa returns home unsure of where she fits in a space filled with unresolved history.

With their mother unable to speak, the sisters are forced to confront each other through tense exchanges, quiet routines, and reluctant cooperation. When they discover a series of old voice notes recorded by their mother before her illness, her voice re-enters the space—revealing memories, regrets, and reflections that challenge how they see her, and themselves.

As the day unfolds, the recordings become a catalyst for truth and vulnerability. In hearing their mother’s words, Melissa and Rachel begin to listen to each other in ways they never have before. What begins as a day of obligation transforms into a fragile step toward healing, showing that even without a voice, connection can still be found.

Dear Dad,

Happy Heavenly Birthday.

You would’ve been 71 today — and even though I’m all grown up now, your little girl still misses you every single day.

There’s not a moment that goes by that I don’t think of you — your laugh, your voice, the way you could make everything feel okay no matter what was happening. That laugh of yours still echoes in my heart, and sometimes I catch myself smiling just thinking about it.

I’m so grateful for the 35 years I got to have you in my life. You gave me so much love, so many lessons, and memories that I’ll hold onto forever. You shaped me into who I am — strong, grounded, and full of love.

Even though you’re not here physically, I know you’re still protecting us, watching over us as life goes on. I feel your presence in quiet moments, guiding me, reminding me that I’m never really alone.

Until we meet again in Heaven , I’ll keep making you proud, carrying your love wherever I go.

I love you always, Dad

Happy Birthday 🥳 🎁🎈

Love your little girl, forever
