Checking out the equipment and mini-race setup - T has never been on a set, much less a major live show, and was rightly blown away by how elaborate production was.

(Also there was a news segment about Luigi before ours and the resemblance may have been noted 🫣)

Making sure I can handle this sled weight before attempting on live national tv (80 kg, it was ok 😜)

But @julesbolte_ and Alberto get the W! My W is that if you told me I’d be doing burpees on live national TV even a couple of years ago, I would have not believed it!

Most stressful part (for me) was making sure we got enough pics! Mission accomplished 😘

One of my favorite parts of living in NYC has always been somewhat random but really cool experiences like this morning — and sharing it w T was next level. Very grateful. Will post the full segment clip next 📺
