Want to jump higher and become more explosive?

Here we’re pairing weighted jumps with explosive bodyweight jumps. The added load challenges force production. Removing it lets us practice expressing that force at a higher movement speed.

Your central nervous system coordinates how your muscles produce force. This pairing challenges that coordination under load and at speed. With the right load and enough recovery, the weighted effort can also temporarily improve the jumps that follow. That effect involves several mechanisms beyond the CNS.

For soccer players, we’re developing qualities that support aerial challenges and explosive takeoffs. For goalkeepers, that means building the physical tools for powerful dives and reaching high balls, alongside goalkeeper technique.

Keep the reps explosive, land with control and recover between sets. The goal is quality, not exhaustion.

Training spots open:
• In person in San Diego
• Online coaching for athletes outside the area
• Limited openings available
