I hardly posted any photos last year so here’s the full recap of 2025 😂 the lessons, lows, the laughs, and the highlights, of my 30th year ❤️ one of the most special and transformative years yet 🐍

I’m so glad I took the time to put this together and I now have something I can look back on and appreciate when I’m a little old lady looking at the full life I chose to live 🤣🥰 Highly recommend 👇

We’re constantly looking up the mountain towards the next milestone and we often forget to turn around and appreciate the path and obstacles we’ve already overcome… so before you rush ahead into the new year resolutions, make sure you take time to reflect on how far you have come, and celebrate everything you’ve achieved already!

And I am not only referring to the external things, make sure to give your inner work and intangible transformations the same credit! Even though they may feel invisible in some ways it doesn’t make them any less important. If anything they are the most important in my opinion 😊❤️

Even if you didn’t get to every goal, focus on the gratitude of what you gained, and how you grew even through the ‘failures’… there is always valuable feedback that you can carry forward! And as we know, where focus goes, energy flows! ✨

Hello Beautiful Humans, I’m getting back in the groove with my dance and movement medicine workshops for 2026 and we’re kicking off another Twerkshop - Tuesday 13th January, 5:30pm 🥳

Join us for a fun, flirty, beginner-friendly Twerkshop designed to teach you technique, help you find your groove, and have a damn good time doing it.

❤️‍🔥 This is an extended 90-minute experience so we can slow things down, master foundational moves, put it together in a playful routine, and explore performance elements that help you feel confident, sexy, and fully expressed!

👯‍♀️ Expect a warm, lighthearted, zero-pressure vibe where everyone’s welcome, nobody’s judging, and we hype each other up the whole way through.

💦 We’ll shake our booty’s, celebrate our bodies, laugh, sweat, and get a little silly alongside new sisters!

🎥 You’ll also have time to film fun clips at the end if you want to capture the memory (or add some spice to your feed 😉).

Let’s get to WERK women 🔥

🔗 in bio for booking or comment ‘🍑’ and I will send you the link.

Important Note: There is limited space so please book in advance to save your space, no last minute drop ins or cash.

You can also join our WhatsApp community group if you want to know about the other Bali based experiences to get involved with 😘 Comment ‘WhatsApp’ and I will add you x

When Albany hit rock bottom, she thought she was just trying to heal her heart.

But what she found was a deeper calling, and a path to helping other women rise through the exact same pain.

In this raw and powerful episode of Diary of a Creator, we explore:

❤️ The link between her heartbreak and purpose
🎤 The courage it takes to step out of the spiritual closet
🧬 Healing ancestral patterns through voice, body, and visibility
🌹 Why the void is a necessary portal to a soul-led life

This one is for the women who feel like their life is falling apart. When really, it’s just beginning.
