Up close the glaze reads. In layers of cobalt blue over rust brown that streak where the glaze rand down on the ribbed surface. The shape stays the same across the collection, but the finish never repeats. By Bitte x Ayu Larasati #ByBitte

Every ridge is pulled by hand, glaze breaks differently over the ridges and the grooves between them so rust meets blue in its own way on each piece. By Bitte x Ayu Larasati #ByBitte

@matchae.id — Tsuyuhikari Origin: Yame, Japan • 1st Harvest Aroma: Super sweet, almost like red bean wagashi, with hints of savory notes. Strong hiika aroma. Color: Vivid, bright green that deepens into a rich emerald once mixed with water. Usucha Sweet red bean notes at the start, followed by deep umami and a tea-like sourness towards the finish. A lingering floral sweetness comes through at the end, with little to no bitterness. Smooth and silky mouthfeel with very minimal astringency. Latte Blends beautifully with milk, almost like a floral milk tea. Very dessert-like, creamy and sweet, with the red bean notes peeking through in the middle. #matcha #matchalatte #matchalover #tsuyuhikari #yame japan usucha matcharating matchareview singlecultivar
