Our very first Feed Your Calm retreat on Saturday was nothing short of pure bliss. ✨
Watching everyone show up for themselves, and for each other was such a beautiful thing to witness.

We started the morning at the magical @wetheconscious.studio _ with our favourite organic cold-pressed juices by @rawlalajuice , followed by an opening circle to reflect on what stillness means to each of us, before a beautiful guided meditation and sound bath by @withem___

@wondergreensblog then shared insights into why a calm nervous system is so important for healthy digestion. Together, we took three deep breaths to stimulate our vagus nerve before sitting down to enjoy a nourishing brunch. Everyone left with a goodie bag filled with healing crystals, an intention card and a skin & gut supplement from @alchemyofficial_ 🫶🏼

The morning was filled with meaningful conversations, new connections and a beautiful reminder of the power of slowing down.

We both feel so incredibly grateful and full of love. Thank you to everyone who joined us, we can’t wait to do it again. 💚

We’re slowly grounding back into London life post the magic of our first Morocco retreat.. and wow, we are feeling so grateful 🫶

A few highlights that we feel capture the essence of our time together…

꩜ the girlies continuously in the pool or around it in our downtime - obsessed
꩜ beautiful slow mornings with 90 minute practices as the sun rises with a view of the ocean and mountains
꩜ post cacao ceremony with @commonrootscacao into some guided journalling
꩜ from cacao and journalling, into dancing it off with b2b dj set from the icons @mazz.zy and @kat.cashman

꩜ we felt boujeeee in the land rovers  ꩜ every day we focused on a different chakra to move with, this was the third day with Ell moving with Solar Plexus, element fire, colour yellow obvs, and finding those twists to release  ꩜ a few girlies tried surfing for the first time with @tahaenny2 hehe  ꩜ miss becca rae cleansing the rooms before guests arrive
