"I've heard the stories, about how you're gonna 'save the world'." - June (Avatar: The Legend of Aang) ๐Ÿ“ท: Incognitus Creatives Wig: @alcherrobiso Outfit: @mldtng Gloves: Cosplay Chest Snake Tattoo: @megarasveiltattoos I was part of an ATLA cosgroup and we had a studio shoot last September. These are some of my solo photos It was my con anniversary a few days ago and also the official 7th anniversary of my cosplay hobby (I started cosplaying November 2017 and went to my first official con in November 2023). I wish I could be more sentimental about things, but to keep things brief, I hope my 8th year is much better. #avatarthelastairbendercosplay #atlacosplay #atlaliveaction #juneatla @avatarnetflix

"Go and get Monday. Show Cayman who Karen Settman really is." - Friday (What Happened to Monday) ๐Ÿ“ท: @royal_wonderlandph ๐Ÿ“: @studjao Wig: @alcherrobiso I think it's a pretty good time to say I'm a huge fan of Noomi Rapace and when I got the opportunity to shoot at a cyberpunk set, I gravitated towards Friday from this sci-fi film A good cast cannot necessarily save a mediocre film, but Noomi's performance as the septuplets made this movie enjoyable for me #whathappenedtomonday #friday

"Here's the thing, some of us don't need saving." - June (Avatar: The Last Airbender) Wig: @alcherrobiso Outfit: @mldtng Gloves: Cosplay Chest Temporary Tattoo: Megara's Veil Tattoos Nails: @clawedbypomz ๐Ÿ“ท: JC Plays and Jebs Pitik #junecosplay #juneatla #atlacosplay #avatarthelastairbendercosplay Another rant essay incoming: Really proud of how this cosplay came together and I truly wish my debut wearing it at Blitz had better memories. I got approached by so many photogs that I wasn't able to interact with a lot of my cosplay friends that day. To add to that, I was also desperately avoiding someone who had become an obsessed fan only to have a rather public confrontation. I am forever thankful to the photographers who looked out for me that day and helped me feel safe. Unfortunately, some kids in the cosplay community simply do not understand what "space" and "boundaries" is and have no idea what taking accountability truly means until it's too late. I tried to resolve things privately but some things simply shouldn't be kept under wraps for the sake of harmony. And in doing so, you find out which of your so-called friends are actually there for you and who isn't. The results are always disappointing. Everyone deserves a support system and I guess I'm still looking for nearby cosplay friends that I trust atm. I hope I find them someday. Looking forward to the next time I can make better memories in this cosplay.
