AGE DOESN'T DEFINE YOUR POTENTIAL. YOUR WORK ETHIC DOES. 💯🔥

Whether I'm on the baseball field, in the weight room, or working on becoming a better version of myself, the goal stays the same: BE BETTER THAN I WAS YESTERDAY.

I'm not here to compete with anyone else's journey. I'm here to build my own, stay disciplined, and prove that hard work and consistency can take you further than you ever imagined.

To every young athlete chasing a dream: Don't wait until you're older to start building your future. Start NOW!!

The work you put in today becomes the confidence you carry tomorrow.

STAY HUMBLE. STAY HUNGRY. STAY DISCIPLINED. 🔥

It’s funny how sometimes you have to go somewhere you thought was “better” just to realize you were already standing exactly where you were supposed to be.

More money sounds great. Bigger opportunities sound great. Being around people with bigger names sounds great.

Until you get there and realize money does not automatically equal respect, loyalty, peace, or being valued. Shocking, I know.

I’ve learned that who you work with matters just as much, and sometimes way more, than what they’re willing to pay you.

Having my wife by my side through all of this has made that even clearer. We get to build together, create together, give our input, and actually have that input appreciated instead of feeling like we’re just there to do a job and keep our mouths shut.

Working with people like @alphaqueenapparel and @aldamaphotographers @ifbbprojmullinsfit @cecevaz.fitness @ifbbpro_daesthetics has reminded us what it feels like to be around real ones. People who value what we bring to the table. People who respect the vision. People who make you feel like you’re part of something instead of just another person they can replace.

And after experiencing different rooms, different opportunities, and different people, I can say this with confidence.

Sometimes the “better opportunity” is not better at all.

Sometimes better is being respected.
Better is being heard.
Better is working with good people.
Better is building with your wife beside you.
Better is being somewhere you can actually be yourself.

We finally feel like we’re with our people.

We’re home.

✨ Spaces that bring out the best in you ✨

Where you find community.
Fitting in isn’t all about how you look;
It’s being around people that support and push each other to be better everyday.
Everyone has a story,
A journey that led all of us here to @onegengym

I’m proud to call Onegen my home gym.

A space that encourages me to be who I am, pushes me to level up, to dream of new goals I never thought possible, and gives me opportunity to do the same for our members as a coach and trainer.

If you’re looking for a community that is welcoming and equally will push you to be your best, all it takes is stepping through the doors ✨

You were never meant to just exist.
You were meant to grow.
To evolve.
To encourage others to do the same.
To become the woman you know you’re capable of being.
Don’t dim yourself to make other people comfortable.
Don’t wait until everything is perfect to step into your light.
Keep going. Keep becoming.
And shine anyway. ✨
