I wasn’t going to say anything because I’m just so crazy busy and life happens! Yet as each day passed and I didn’t hear from American Airlines I became angrier! Nobody said, I’m sorry & nobody called. I’m from American Airlines... We feel really bad about the unfortunate situation. We hope you’re doing well with the replacement chair the “loaner”? Nothing - not a peep! Now the global repair people are wonderful. They were able to find me a replacement chair the next day. They knew I was in town for business and I needed to travel an hour and then teach an entire day of dance classes. So shout out to Global Repair! This isn’t the first time something has happened to my power Wheelchair and it certainly won’t be the last. However, most of the airline employees listen to what I’m telling them. I even say, “get your phone out videotape what I’m doing so when you get downstairs out onto the tarmac, you won’t forget” you’ll have it and they do and it usually works out very well! This situation was ridiculous! I flew on an American Airlines flight from Mazatlan Mexico to Dallas/Fort Worth Texas airport. Now I’m going from Dallas to Buffalo NY on the SAME AIRLINE on a delayed flight hour after hour delayed now all the customers are fed up with this situation and then they take another 50 minutes (while everyone is sitting on the plane) contemplating/ arguing/ discussing what type of battery is in my Wheelchair??? Instead of using ChatGPT or Google on YouTube??? Just look up make and Model of the chair. It’s printed right on the side of it… they can tell you what type of battery is inside🤦🏻‍♀️!!! And the executive in the suit comes up and says oh I’m so sorry. Don’t apologize to me apologize to every single person on this plane that had to sit here through this ordeal. And then right when we were taking off my phone dings and they offer me a free beverage or snack on the flight for my inconvenience. 😳 AA DO BETTER!
for hours on end waiting for me! Thank you, Jamestown, Buffalo, Rochester! An amazing weekend! Incredible Dancers! And a few questions I’ve never been asked before! Bravo 👏

What a FUN-FILLED weekend!! 🤩✨💖 Getting to learn from Miss @therealabbylee at her workshop event was such an incredible experience, and making it through ALL SIX rounds of her audition and receiving a scholarship is something I’ll never forget!! 🥹🔥 Then getting to see Miss Abby again at the Dance Masters of America Chapter #8 workshop and receiving 1st in Ballet, 2nd in Tap, and 3rd in Lyrical made the weekend even more special!! 🫶🏼🏆 So grateful for every opportunity, every experience, and everyone who made this weekend unforgettable!! 💕✨
