Today marks 4 weeks since I left home. 🥹

Four weeks of new experiences, big changes, stepping outside of my comfort zone, trying new things, meeting new people… and at the same time, reconnecting with family, my roots, and pieces of my childhood.
It’s been a lot of emotions, a lot of unknowns, but most of all… a lot of FAITH.

As I was preparing to take this leap, God gave me Hebrews 11—the “faith chapter.” And I’ve been holding onto it every step of the way.

“Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; it is the evidence of things we cannot see.” — Hebrews 11:1

So, by faith, I’ll keep taking the next step as the Lord leads. I may not know what tomorrow holds, but I know Who holds my tomorrow—and that’s enough for me. ❤️
One step at a time. One day at a time. By faith!

Hoy se cumplen 4 semanas desde que salí de casa. 🥹

Cuatro semanas de nuevas experiencias, grandes cambios, salir de mi zona de confort, intentar cosas nuevas, conocer nuevas personas… y al mismo tiempo, reconectarme con mi familia, mis raíces y partes de mi infancia.

Han sido muchas emociones, muchas cosas desconocidas, pero sobre todo… mucha FE.

Mientras me preparaba para dar este gran paso, Dios me dio Hebreos 11—el “capítulo de la fe”—y desde entonces me he aferrado a él en cada paso del camino.

“La fe demuestra la realidad de lo que esperamos; es la evidencia de las cosas que no podemos ver.” — Hebreos 11:1

Así que por fe, seguiré dando cada paso conforme Dios me guíe. No sé qué traerá el mañana, pero sí sé Quién sostiene mi mañana… y eso es suficiente para mí. ❤️

Un paso a la vez. Un día a la vez. Por fe!

Grateful that our kids get to go to school. Christian is starting 4th grade and Sydney is starting 2nd.

First day of school drop-off was a success. Then we got coffee and donuts at school because Ale was crying. 😂 Not surprised at all, haha.

Proud of these kids and thankful for the opportunity they have to learn and grow.

Life update: I recently transitioned from Youth ministry to Missions ministry and I will be heading out to a long term mission next month! Excited to be stepping into this new season and trusting God with what’s ahead. I will be mainly in Guatemala and Spain. It’s so bittersweet because I’m going to miss so many family and friends that I have here but please keep in touch and stay connected with me 🥹 I will be sharing more of the mission work ahead so stay tuned ❤️
