The early off-season is the time to develop as an ATHLETE.

Baseball is a highly skill-based sport, which means it’s easy to lose some of the athletic qualities that made you great in the first place.

Look at some of the best baseball players, many of them grew up playing basketball, football, and other sports.

That matters.

Take a month or two to PLAY.

Develop different neural pathways.
Create different movement patterns.
Develop energy systems.

These guys have been putting a bar on their back for the last 8–10 years. Most of them are physically developed enough to play their sport.

The early off-season is an opportunity to do something different.

Don’t just train the baseball player.

Bring the ATHLETE back out of them.

Put the weights down. Get out of the gym. Go compete. Go play. Go be an athlete.

Then come back to baseball training with a better, more adaptable, more athletic version of yourself.

Games are one of the best forms of conditioning. ⚡️

They create an uncontrolled environment that forces athletes to react, adapt, communicate, and develop neural pathways outside of the predictable demands of their sport.

And you can manipulate the game to drive the adaptation you’re after, whether that’s heart rate, intensity, reaction, decision-making, or work capacity.

So stop with the boring conditioning.

Make them compete. Make them think. Make them adapt.

Throwback Thursday 👀

20 local high schools.
Hundreds of athletes.
And more talent than we could’ve ever imagined.

Many of these legends are playing—or have played—at the college and professional levels.

The baseball talent in Chattanooga & NW Georgia has ALWAYS been special. Getting the opportunity to help these guys maximize that talent and chase their dreams has been nothing short of awesome.

And here’s a number we’re pretty proud of:

15 professional baseball players. 🤯

After this year’s draft, we now work with 15 pro baseball players right here in our area.

For a place as small as Chattanooga & NW Georgia, that’s pretty incredible.

But we’re not done.

Our mission is simple: keep raising the standard, keep developing players, and keep that number climbing every single year.

We were born and raised here. This community gave us the opportunity to chase our own dreams, so being able to help the next generation chase theirs means everything.

15 today. More tomorrow. ⚡️

Who’s the next? 👀
