Carbs aren’t the problem—it’s how we use them that makes the difference.

Simple or complex? Timing and portion size? These choices matter more than cutting carbs altogether. When you understand the difference between simple and complex carbs and how to build them into your meals properly, you can fuel your body for optimal energy, health, and performance.

💡 The key isn’t eliminating carbs—it’s knowing how to eat the right ones at the right time. Save this post if you’re ready to stop fearing carbs and start making them work for you!
