😷😉 Alejandras Motto, frei nach Iyengar: „Words fail to convey the total value of yoga. It hast o be experienced“. Lernt Sie doch am Welt-Yoga-Tag persönlich kennen! 🧘🏻‍♀️ Save-the-date: Am 21.6., 18 Uhr, Reallabor Schulstraßenparkplatz. #vhsunna #vhsimzib #unna #yogainunna #weltyogatag #reallabor #yogakurs #yinyoga #vinyasayoga

Don’t have words to describe the joy of meeting all these beautiful people from all over the World! We feel like the connection we felt even without seeing each other became solid in these three days at the first Europe Accessible Yoga Conference. Namaste. 🙏🏼❤️

So, I was tagged by the beautiful @myyogalife_anna to post a #notyoga #selfie & share my gratitude for the #igyogacommunity
I probably(99% sure) wouldn't be a certified Yoga Teacher by the life changing @happyjackyoga group, if I wouldn't have connected to the amazing @yogaele via IG after I was in her yoga class over a year ago back in Finland. So that's one major thing that I am grateful for. Thru yoga & IG(and Die Antwoord & my yoga with a sword shenanigans) i've also connected to the ZEF @katiewookie who let me stay three weeks in her empty apartment in Southern Spain last spring ✊ I've also met quite a few new friends in my travels thru having an active IG account & passion for Yoga.
Those are very real and concrete things i'm grateful for, and then there's the countless sources of inspiration & education that I get when scrolling thru the posts in my feeds 🙏❤ So very grateful for all that I have received and I will continue to contribute and pay all that(and more) forward!
Tagging a bunch of amazing regulars from my feed to play along if they feel like it 🙏❤✌ ...Yes, I sometimes sleep with a beanie cap on. It's to keep the sun out from my eyes in the mornings, plus the nights are getting colder in the treehouse❄😬 #theworldisyourplayground
