You can walk down the lane.
You can walk down the grove.
Or you can walk down the lake.

You can walk down beside the lake,
you can walk down beside the slough or the creek.

Have you walked in a lake, Phil?

And many times there will be small flora and fauna
growing beside said lake,
or said stream,
or the path,
or the road there.

My father’s name is Sir Lake.

You take the purple flowers,
you cut them from the stem,
and you pluck the petals
right out of the purple shrubbery.

You press them in the book.
A big book.

Start with the size—
at least the size of the Gideon’s Bible.

Purple.
The purple press.

The kitchen’s Bible.

In the kitchen,
the purple kitchen’s Bible.

You can put a peach cobbler in a purple pot,
and then you can turn on the oven,
and you get a purple peach cobbler.

And that’s what keeps us going.

DOMO ARIGATO!

OTTO BENSON & MAC DEMARCO, PRAGUE 26’

Were do I begin? This was my first ever show and it went beyond expectations! We arrived in Prague 2 days before the show so we saw the city and it was gorgeous!

The day of the show, we waited for 3 hours before the doors opened to get a spot at the front and we did! In the process spoke to some very cool people, got to meet @yuki_not_rinko and speak to him which was very cool, such a kind person!

Once the doors opened we managed to get a spot in the front and Otto Benson ( @wnoadiarwb ) was first! Such a beautiful sound and I have been listening to his latest project and it’s beautiful, hope it presses on vinyl🤞

Then Mac came on and it was amazing, one of my favorite musicians, seeing him live and perform hit after hit after hit after hit was definitely an experience I’ll never forget!

After the show, @travsrecords and I managed to purchase merch, where I got the tour shirt and a signed guitar vinyl!

We waited an hour and a half afterwards and got to meet the legend! Gave him a local snack and managed to get my records signed!! (Post coming soon😉)

100/10 I wished it never ended
