Currently experiencing severe withdrawals. This experience will continue to live in my heart forever and ever.

Thank you Marcos for taking a leap of faith with me and trusting me to honor your vision. You and @nataliecaruncho led the room with so much warmth and invited us to be our authentic selves. Thank you @kpchill2211 and @chappy423 for giving mi gente a place in your season.

Everyone involved in this project quickly became family to me. I have never felt more embraced and loved by a group of people in my life. This cast, crew, creative team and band were not only composed of some of the most talented people I’ve ever had the joy of working with, but also the most kind, generous, and humble.

The story of Gloria and Emilio is one of resilience, pride, perseverance, and staying true to who you are when the world around you tells you it can’t be done. Every night, I was reminded of the sacrifices that came before us and the strength it takes to hold onto your roots while chasing impossible dreams. Thank you @marcello_audino for being our Emilio. You illustrated his passion so beautifully and created a partnership with me onstage that made me feel so supported through the process. Thank you to @gloriaestefan and @emilioestefanjr for sharing your story with us. We took care of your baby to the best of our ability, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the space to share the depths of our souls onstage.

As the daughter of two immigrants, getting to help tell this story meant more to me than I can adequately put into words, but to put it simply, it felt like home. Seeing our culture, our language, our music, and our stories celebrated onstage night after night was a gift I will carry with me forever.

Thank you for every laugh, all the tears, every lesson, every backstage dance party, every hug, every note, every memory, and every moment.

I especially want to thank my parents, my grandparents and my ancestors for every single sacrifice they made that led to making my dreams a reality.

Words aren’t enough to describe what a dream this past month has been.

Performing in On Your Feet! at North Shore Music Theatre as my regional theatre debut was a truly life changing experience.

Since I was a kid, I dreamed of moments and opportunities like this finally arriving. But little did I know that when the moment came, it would be even better than I ever imagined.

Getting to share the stage with such extraordinary artists, and even more extraordinary humans, has been the gift of a lifetime. What started as a cast quickly became a family. This experience brought me a level of fulfillment, connection, and joy that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. It nourished me not only as a performer, but as a person. It gave me a sense of belonging I didn’t know I had been searching for.

One of the greatest blessings of this journey was finding the Latino community my heart had always been looking for, even before I knew it. Sharing the stage with people who understand my culture, where I come from, our struggles, our celebrations, and our stories made me feel at home within days.

Thank you will never feel like enough, but it’s where I’ll start.

On Your Feet, Part 1 💙🩷 Words can’t describe how heart filling and special this experience has been. Setting a show in 8 days, working in a rounded theater, original bway choreo and costumes. Sharing our stories, sharing our past, maintaining a legacy, honoring our ancestors, leaving something behind for something better.

My beautiful cast, you have stolen my heart completely. The bond we have formed is like no other. Somos y seguiremos siendo familia. This goodbye hurt a little than most.
