Arm pump was INSANE this morning

You might think a coach shouldn’t need to a coach right?

Bullshit.

I had questions on my direction this week that I couldn’t settle my mind on, should I be upping my weight, should I be adding sets… all over the place.

It’s simple stuff, it’s the questions I can answer from my clients in seconds. But for myself, and to exstend this to you, when you yourself have to make the decision, there’s always a chance to doubt and undermine yourself even if you know the right thing!

I had my chat with my coach and bang. Onwards. Minimum time thinking on it an already making waves in the right direction.

Go and fucking get coached.

Black Friday sale is still on so get onto @tobypinkfitness right now!

Food! 🍲

It doesn’t need to be hard, it has to be easy.

Progress comes from consistency, so if you aren’t getting that from your diet, we need to…

As I say, this is my non training day meal plan. I Eliminate decision fatigue, second guessing and poor choices by nailing this.

From consistency, you’ll hit goals, regardless of them being bodybuilding or weight loss. Then, when you’ve mastered that, you can start to manipulate your food with a much better understanding of your daily intake. Enjoying a meal out will become so much less a headache.

So, just a couple meal ideas here, nothing exciting but they keep me on track with the mindset that food, is fuel.

IRON WITHIN!

Absolute core mortifier this but I love it. The fact I couldn’t do it a few years ago myself is clear evidence that consistency is keg for everything. If you want it, you can have it. Just stay on target.

Have a go!

I promis this isn’t a TikTok dance either.

DOMS!

Annoying but it serves the purpose. My legs were hammered after this session. Lots of my guys complaining/loving the leg Dom’s with the week just gone also.

Delayed onset muscle soreness is something you get used to, but you have to walk through a bit of fire whilst your body does things it’s probably never before.

On top of that, it’s a good way to see how you recover. For me as a coach if you are in too much pain, for too long, we need to look at other areas closer. Are you hitting your protein goal. Have you had days off?, recovered properly or mobilised before you go again? All these things come into play to make sure you are able to go again.

Its not about destruction of muscles, its about construction and just like building a crib for example, you need more that just a good hammering.
