An eclectic mix of wonderful humans and a gentle/soft/quiet reminder that I love to shoot weddings and wedding-esque celebrations, especially for people who wouldn’t consider themselves wedding-y people. 🎺

I felt lost in the fitness world. Until I stepped up and created my own world 🤍

4 years ago I left my job, (inspired by my boss @mrskkinsey ) and the corporate world - lost by the fact I would care more about the people over profit.

I am so lucky to have parents and a husband who supported me and financed my decision. However they believed in me.

My best friend @katholmes25 said when I was crying on the stair under stress “just be a PT”

I worked three jobs, approached @austin_bmc who I knew from pure gym, and his independent gym @tfcsheffield and asked if I could work for him when I was qualified.

He said “you won’t work for me - we work together”

All I wanted was a space and place for women who weren’t on a mission, didn’t want to lose hella weight or gain hella muscles. Felt out of place in a gym and sometimes in life. That had fell succumb to the 90s and 00s ideal of being super skinny is super happy.

Today I have the privilege of being that person.

Thank you to everyone who has believed, achieved and felt GODAMN MEGA due to Alexercise 🤍🤍
