We’re so honored to share a meaningful update

What began as a dream placed on my heart has grown into something far more beautiful than I could have imagined and it’s only by God’s grace that it has led us here. ASP is entering a new season, and my husband Dan is officially joining me in this journey.

While you may not always see him, he will be an integral part of the experience we provide. He will be leading many of the behind-the-scenes elements, including advertising, billing, and analytics, allowing me to be even more present and intentional with each of our couples. In addition, he will step into select front-facing moments, including joining me at a handful of weddings throughout the year as a secondary!

As the business continues to evolve, we are prayerfully exploring ways to expand our offerings in the future, this means including the potential addition of videography.

Marriage is something we deeply value and cherish in our own lives, and it is a privilege to now serve our couples not only individually, but together.

We feel incredibly grateful for the way the Lord continues to guide and grow this business, and we are so thankful to have you here with us in this next chapter.

Welcome to ASP Dan! 💗

Every so often I get to take a break from weddings and engagements to shoot sessions/events for my lovely friends & family. Just a little over a week ago now I got that chance again at Ally's baby shower!

I'm so excited to see the people around me move into the next stages of life. Ally is also our on staff second shooter and sometimes videographer. This year she's welcoming a little one into their family and you may see her and I at each others wedding bookings helping each other out. Not just as coworkers but as fellow moms and friends.

Blessed to say Ally and her family are truly family to us in every way possible. Congratulations and thank you for trusting me to capture this celebration for you Ally & Dan!

Hey, It’s me Ally!
Just popping in to slightly reintroduce myself.
I feel like there’s been quite a bit of new faces around here so I figured why not tell you a little bit about me:

1: Why the name Aleniah Shae? Some of you know but for those who don’t I am actually adopted! When you are adopted out of the foster system you are given the option to change your name legally. It’s an opportunity for you to go into your new life with a fresh start and clean slate! My biological name was actually Aleniah (Al-uh-nai-uh) or (uh-lay-nuh) both were what I was called by my birth mom, which one she used just depended on how much trouble I was in 😆. When I was adopted I decided to change my name to my nickname (Ally) for one simple reason…. I hated constantly correcting people on my name :| i wish I had kept my birth name now that I am older and my way of keeping it is by naming my business after my birth name. In a way it also pays homage to where I came from 🤍

2: What is my favorite part of a wedding day? The aisle walk!!! The moment where Dad is trying to hold it together as he walks his daughter down the aisle, when the groom sees his bride after a full morning of anticipation, your guests get to finally see you in your dress. All of it is just full of large emotion and you can feel as buzz in the air. Ugh. I just love it.
•
3: what is a fun fact about you? I am one of 10 siblings!!! Wild I know!!!! I wouldn’t trade it for the world. We may not always get along but I know that I always have them to turn to and there’s no better feeling!

Almost forgot that this was the whole point… a small details dump from Mark + Mary’s special day.

This wedding holds such a special place in my heart, there is something so unique about the way that this job provides me not only with clients but friendships. Mary and Mark both became like friends with me throughout their planning. So pending the day with them felt like spending time with two people who I’ve known for a long time! And it reminded me how lucky I am to be able to do this for all of my couples, and provide them with a sense of comfort as they go about their day. Prioritizing them so that they do not feel surrounded by a stranger, but someone they can trust. To the Peters, congratulations ☺️
