{Day 480 days of handstands and strength training daily!!} . PORTLAND FRIENDS! Handstand 101 Workshop Saturday February 7th, 1-2:30pm, Portland Rock Gym NE location. Members and non-members invited!! Link in stories! Handstand 101 Workshop: Build a better Handstand Why Handstand? Why not?!! Handstands build confidence, strength, balance, and bone density. Handstands are empowering, they boost your mood and they are FUN! Everyone can learn to handstand. I learned to Handstand at 50 years old and I’m not an acrobat, gymnast or childhood tumbler. If I can do it you can too! So stop the kick and hope, and start working on a plan that includes consistent intentional practice 10-15 minutes/day. All levels welcome. This is a safe and supportive environment! Plus… did I mention it’s FUN?! . Shoutout to the daily Handstand Gang! #inversioncrew2026 TAG me for support!! crew who else is in? @taniayogitrailrunnergirl_ @jbreton22 @eschaefer12 @susanbishopyoga @svenjaborchers @bowlingandyoga @_laurayoga @lauracresciyoga . MY mantra: WHY NOT? This is 6️⃣1️⃣years old! You’re never too old and it’s never too late to learn new skills and get stronger. . #susanbishopyogatutorials #2026hs365gang #inversionjunkie #handstand #over60 #handstandpractice #presshandstand #susanbishopyoga #handstandcoach #presshandstand #learntohandstand #yogateacher #stagpincha #pinchamayurasana
