Whew I can’t believe it’s almost been a year since my last post. Life comes at you fast! I am really grateful and glad to share that I’m a part of an awesome group of women sharing some really powerful stories next weekend in Charlotte, NC for the Queen City Creative Arts Festival! It will be an event filled with contemplation, earnestness, and reflection as we explore the powerful and true stories of women reclaiming and standing on their power. Come on down and experience this with us. #sleepingwithknives #queencitycreativeartsfestiv #SWKCharlotte #EveryWomanHasAStory #CharlotteTheatre

Reflecting on the amazing time I had at the 2026 @intlblacktheatrefestival ~ being embraced by the southern hospitality of Winston-Salem, teaching a workshop on financial storytelling 💯, seeing powerful main stage productions, appreciating readings by developing playwrights, performing at Midnight Poetry, learning to play Bid Whist ♠️♥️♣️♦️(and winning 😂), kickin it with long-time friends and building new relationships 🎭. This Holy Ground visit will sit with me for awhile 💜
