Happy 9th Anniversary to the love of my life. I am continually blessed on this journey through life to have you as my partner. I’ve been reflecting a lot today on who we were when we started, everything we’ve been through together, and who we’ve become along the way. I’m incredibly grateful for you and the life and family we’ve built together. I love you beyond measure and look forward to all the many years still to come.

Happy Birthday to my best friend and the love of my life. ❤️

Life has looked a lot different these past few years, but I wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else. Thank you for being an amazing wife, the best mom to Luke, and my partner through all of life’s adventures.

Here’s to celebrating you today and to an exciting year ahead. Love you always. ❤️🎉

Happy Mother’s Day to the woman who somehow managed to raise 3 kids… and honestly, probably a 4th in me too.
Thank you for being so loving, patient, supportive, and wonderful through it all. We are beyond lucky to have you. ❤️
Happy Mother’s Day, Alexa!

Still floating from the most magical fur themed birthday scavenger hunt 💫 Every detail perfectly planned by my amazing husband @metta_world_frerk!! My heart is so full. So grateful for laughter, adventure, and the incredible new friendships Boise has brought into my life. My love language is time, and this day was everything. Ok … fashion might also be my love language 😉 🥰 #GratefulHeart #BirthdayMagic #BoiseAdventures #FurQueen #thankyouforeverything

@dcrwellness isn’t just about the workouts and events. It would be nothing without the people behind them!

Last night, some of our instructors and childcare team got together to connect and brainstorm about how we can better serve our community. We don’t take it lightly that you trust us with your fitness goals, your morning routines, and your wellness journey.

As February is the month of love, we want to express how much we love showing up for you and appreciate seeing you 6 days a week for our group fitness classes and pop-up events!

Here’s to more fun (and sweaty!) moments ahead!

Happy 23rd Birthday, Emilie. We’re so proud of the woman you’ve become. You are kind, strong, thoughtful, and quietly determined in everything you do. You bring so much light, humor, and heart into our lives, and we’re blessed every day to get to watch you grow into this next chapter.

Keep chasing what excites you, trusting yourself, and being exactly who you are. The best things are still ahead, and we can’t wait to see where this year takes you.

We love you more than you know. Have the best day ever 🤍✨
