The sounds of blocking. 🧱🏐
Every block starts before the jump. Strong footwork, disciplined hands, and perfect timing can change an entire rally.
Sometimes the best sound in volleyball isn’t a kill—it’s the ball getting stuffed back on the other side.

In this session Alexa Was working on certain things;

Blocking- working on pressing over and tight to the next while not drifting

Setting- high quick finish with good posture

Dumping- good location in places that will score

Hitting- getting around the ball and opening in 3 steps #volleyballtraining #a5volleyball #digwithscott #trusttheprocess #settertraining
