I’ve learnt that the rooms you sit in matter more than you think.

Being around people who think bigger, challenge me and see possibilities I can’t always see for myself has changed so much for me.

It’s changed what I believe is possible.
It’s changed what I accept as normal.
And honestly, it’s changed the way I show up.

Sometimes you don’t need a new plan.

You just need a different room. 🤍

The secret sauce to a viral video is the energy. This is the raw footage behind the reel that got 3.8 million views, before we put the trending audio on it.

I’m 50. One take, no reshoots, and my team calling me “Missy Moo” to get me out of my head.

Nobody stands in a hallway at that angle by accident. My creative director is talking me through it the whole time. My photographer is telling me where to put my hands. I take direction, I get self conscious, I ask to see the back of the camera.

Here is the part I didn’t expect to be true when I started this. The clips that travel are the ones where I’m enjoying myself. Stiff doesn’t move. Serious doesn’t move. A woman who likes being in her body moves.

That part you can see. What it’s sitting on you can’t. I deadlift 122% of my bodyweight. My last blood panel put my biological age at 34.7. My A1C is 4.7. Dinner is done by 7pm because my circadian rhythm asked for it, not because a plan told me to. None of that came from a camera.

Somebody commented that I’m AI. So here is the unedited version. The women whose photos you scroll past and measure yourself against are being coached through it by someone standing three feet away, laughing with them. Good lighting is not the same thing as a fake body. And a fake body is not what you are looking at.

I don’t do this alone. I don’t want you to either. We all need support!
