Walking Contradiction

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

At TYG, our strength sessions follow an 8-week progressive overload block, designed to build strength and drive long-term progress.

PBs don’t happen overnight. They’re the result of consistency, commitment and trusting the process, week after week.

A huge shoutout to our members on hitting some massive PBs, showing us exactly what hard work can produce💪🏼

Stick to the plan. The progress will follow.

CHALLENGE EVENT #1 🥊

Last Saturday our very own @alexander_boskovski ,semi-professional boxer/ coach in one, hosted a boxing masterclass for our Peaky crew.

Watching our guys step outside their comfort zone and challenge themselves to try new sessions is exactly why we do this.

Let’s keep momentum high as roll into week 3💪🏼

Any gym can run a class - not every gym can build a culture.

Open Week was the perfect reminder. Our coaches went above and beyond for every new face through our doors.

Proud of our team who day in and day out, make this place feel like more than just a workout.
