Venice 📍 24 hrs in the most spectacular, mind-blowing city! Venice was surprisingly one of our favorite places in Italy. Highly recommend traveling to dinner by water taxi during sunset…. 12/10. I also found the food in Venice to be some of our best meals! Did you know it’s illegal to even own a bicycle there?! Walking or boating only 🤓 can’t wait to go back. @keylanrayne

Lucca 📍 (part 2)
Night 2: the night before the wedding- pizza welcome party at Villa Leccio at @fattoriamansibernardini. Wow wow wow! The view is out of this world. Every direction you look was a reminder of how special this trip is. I’ll never get over this night!

Day 3: wedding day ❣️ (saving for another post)

Day 4: the most incredible brunch and pool day & I somehow did not get any photos of the food. The bbq was exactly what us Americans needed at that point in vacation. The detail on every bit of the brunch was perfection! From the chef to the fresh mimosa bar 🥂🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽

Night 4: We went to the square in downtown Lucca to explore inside the walls. So much history! Easily the best pizza of the trip, for me. Perfect last night shopping for as many Lucca souvenirs as we could hold.

Day 5: check out & head to Venice! 🛶

ps- I’m SO sorry if you got cropped from the group photo. It’s a horizontal shot 🫠

Lucca 📍 (part 1)
the town that stole my heart! My great grandfather is from Lucca and I knew when we got engaged, we had to say I do in Lucca. It was an experience, to say the least, planning our 5-day celebration across the world in a place I’ve never been. Our venue was pure magic ✨ the feeling of seeing it for the first time was so surreal. Watching our guests have the same joy was unexplainable. @fattoriamansibernardini has been in Leo’s family for nearly 500 years. The love & hard work put into that place is overwhelming. Every meal, every detail, every part of the grounds. Just epic. Thank you FMB from the bottom of my heart. You really just had to be there.

Night 1: dinner on the town. A party bus grabbed all of our guests from the venue and took us to Gli Orti Resturant in downtown Lucca. Fabulous staff and somehow we ended the night with a piano & worship music 🙌🏽

Day 2: day trip from the venue to the near by vineyard Colle. The lasagna, views, and wine were fantastic. A family lunch I never wanted to end!

The biggest thank you goes to Gina, @mytuscanwedding . You are an angel. You are a creative genius and the most kind human. I love you forever 💓

More to come!

Florence… 📍🤍 our 1st stop in Europe and so grateful it was! Perfect ambiance to start the trip of a lifetime marrying my best friend! We spent 2 nights in Florence eating as much as possible, exploring the leather shops & touring the Statue of David! The architecture here set the expectations high. Next stop Lucca … 💒
