I’m only a week behind but it’s finally soaked in that I ran a whole half marathon❣️❣️

A little over 14 weeks ago, the running bug bit me hard enough to train for a Half Marathon & after 70 runs, 232.43 miles, and ~47 hours with myself on the road, the plan is completed & the line was crossed 😌✨

I started off as “not a runner” & throughout I learned, anybody can be “a runner”. 😋
I was surprised how much harder this was mentally than physically, but I would not trade this experience for an easier one. Run after run, it was me, my thoughts, & the road. This journey has changed me & I could not be more proud of myself. 🥹

I might’ve ran alone 98% of this plan, but my support group did not go unnoticed 🫶🏼 You fueled my fire more than you know and I will forever be grateful for my people ❤️‍🔥

Oh, and ya girl crushed her 2 goals: 1) just finish and 2) finish under 3:05:00 👏🏼🏅

Here’s to more adventures & more miles 😛🤘🏼

😱😳😨Imagine a stranger telling a lie on you, and you end up having to serve 22 years in prison because of it. Sounds like a movie script that wouldn’t happen in real life doesn’t it?
•
Unfortunately, that movie script is based on a true story for many innocent people. Jermaine Hudson was only 19 years old when he was arrested for a crime that he not only didn’t commit, but also for a crime that NEVER HAPPENED.
•
Robert Gumpright was the master manipulator and accuser. His lie
took Jermaine away from his 2 baby daughters, wife, family, and any goals he had for the next 22 years.
•
Jermaine Hudson was 19 when he was arrested in 1999. He was 42 was he was exonerated of all charges and released from a Louisiana prison in 2021. This brother’s determination, courage, and character is hands down amazing and inspirational.
•
You can learn all the sticky details of his jaw dropping story exclusively on “The Angel on Your Shoulder” talk show on YouTube. Part 1 is OUT NOW!

Why Do Y’all View Guys As Weak/Soft If They Express Their Feelings? #RealNiggasGotFeelingsToo
Almost everybody experiences heartbreak at least once. Us as men should have the freedom to speak on our pain without being judged! One of the most dangerous things in the world is a man that’s in his feelings… Be mindful of that. #ToBeContinued
