In the alps with some of my favourite people 🫶🏔️☀️
The Alps are stunning, you can explore for years without stopping and still discover new places in Austria, both well known but also off the beaten path. The nature draws a lot of colours every season of the year and at times the shapes of the landscape makes you feel like you’re on another planet. Every time I go home, I like to try recipes, both old and new ones, as I am usually not able to do it while I am on the move, which is most of the time. I absolutely love, love to experiment with sourdough and this time apart from the usual bread, I prepared sourdough pizza for my family, which I learned how to do for the first time in Norway during my summer stay there. My mom and I like to forage herbs, mushrooms, wild fruits and we do this every year when I visit, and every time I learn something new. It makes me think how in the old days our ancestors used to forage all their food, there is a very special feeling of fulfilment in doing that, I personally really enjoy it and wonder why we as a society are making life so much complicated nowadays. Lastly the air in the Alps is so pure that it brings me joy to simply breath and feel the fresh air passing through my lungs. On the last photo you can see a type of moss, which grows on trees only where the air is very very pure. Isn’t it beautiful? 🤍

Love was never meant to be negotiated.
It does not require approval,
does not ask permission,
does not wait for tradition to catch up.
What asks for conditions is fear —
fear that learned how to pray,
fear that learned how to quote scripture,
fear that learned how to call itself righteous.
But God is not fear.
A God who creates breath, bodies, longing, connection
does not punish honesty.
A God of truth does not exile hearts
for loving openly.
A God of love does not demand self-betrayal
as proof of faith.
When someone chooses to live aligned,
something always breaks —
not because alignment is wrong,
but because illusion cannot survive truth.
This is the work most people avoid:
to question what they inherited,
to distinguish belief from belonging,
to ask whether their version of love
actually allows others to live.
Rejecting someone for who they love
is not protection.
It is contraction.
It is choosing fear over understanding
and calling it virtue.
Family is not proven by obedience.
Faith is not proven by exclusion.
And love that disappears
the moment it is challenged
was never love —
it was control.
Growth asks us to mature past certainty.
To soften where we were taught to harden.
To recognize that difference
is not a threat to truth —
it is an invitation to expand.
Some people will lose community
because they refuse to abandon themselves.
That loss is real.
And it is not failure.
It is the cost of integrity.
We are not here to shrink our souls
so others can stay comfortable.
We are not here to obey fear
and name it holiness.
We are here to live awake,
to love without apology,
and to become places of safety
instead of judgment.
If God is love,
then love is not wrong.
If faith is real,
it makes room.
If kindness is practiced,
no one is left behind.
This is not rebellion.
This is remembrance.
Live your life.
Stand in truth.
Spread kindness.
