Excited to bring this entry level home to market. Location for starters is near unbeatable. Being a short 12 minute drive to City creek mall and Delta center - home of the Utah Jazz and the new Utah Hockey Club, 10 min drive to SLC international airport and only 6 min drive to the power district - a 100 acre site being redeveloped as potential site for a new MLB expansion franchise.

Home Key Highlights:
-Freshly remodeled from plumbing to electrical HVAC
-New kitchen, bathrooms, windows, flooring, doors and pretty much everything your eye can see.
-5 🛌
-2 🛀
-Attached ADU (accessory dwelling unit) with its on separate entrance. -Fenced, corner lot

Come see it this Saturday September 21st from 12pm-2pm!

May 2nd 2024 I witnessed my wife give birth to our first son, Kendrick Bellamy Blakeley

It was the most selfless, kindest and strongest act I’ve ever witnessed. I knew she was brave and strong but seeing everything she has gone through to grow our family has been incredible.
She’s also an amazing Pomsky mom 😄

I love you Alexandra Blakeley! Happy Mother’s Day!

Furthermore, these last 10 days of sleep deprivation figuring out how to take care of a newborn has brought me new light and appreciation (if you’ve ever had to take care of a newborn you know what I’m talking about) with that said Happy Mother’s Day to the woman that brought my to this world, nursed me and watched over me, Esther Sanchez, and she did it with not 1 but 6! Te quiero mamá!

Currently taking suggestions for naming this puppy. If you think you have a good name for it let me know, it may just end up on the side of the building haha🙌👍 #FourPlex #utahrealestate Alexandra Blakeley

2023 was full of Highs and Lows:

-I was able to surprised @alexandrablakeley with a Tesla and got my childhood dream car 🏎️ (thank you babe for letting me get it😉😂)
- Besides helping first time home buyers (which is one of my biggest joys as an agent) and investors, in 2023 I experienced some of the hardest and most complex real estate transactions of my carrer selling raw land and short sales😬
- We bought our first true multi family property (update on that coming soon).
- I set a record sale for price per square foot in a neighborhood in West Jordan
- And we went through the hardest trial we’ve had thus far as married couple, our miscarriage. But have come out stronger from it and have grown closer to Jesus Christ because of it.

Came short on a lot of my goals in 2023 but it’s never a fail when you’re learning and growing along side the love of your life.
Te amo my love @alexandrablakeley 😘

🎉And Wish you all a bunch of growth and success in #2024 🥂 🎉
