Sometimes, all it takes is a little sparkle to change the entire mood. ✨ Jewelry that brings both your look and your day to life.

Which necklace would you choose? 💫

Marked my December 2 year anniversary with Tony Robbins with the incredible privilege of attending our Date With Destiny event!

In production we usually are behind the scenes- any idea of what I was walking into was blown away! The most intense 6 day life changing experience! I was matched up with the most amazing group- strangers instantly turned friends who bonded as we laughed, cried, danced, & poured our hearts out together, & our energy earned us great seats every day! Being in the midst of transformations & lives literally saved (as several shared thoughts of being suicidal.) So many powerful breakthroughs of my own, so much released, left with newfound purpose and focus, & dear friends across the globe.

And I got to witness from the other side the amazing production our entire team puts on- my incredible coworkers, truly the best AV team (nothing like aTony Robbins rave lol), the caring trainers, leaders, & volunteer crew who support attendees so selflessly- only makes me appreciate the work we do even more!

(Check out Netflix's "I'm Not Your Guru" for a peek into one of Tony's favorite events!)

Today 4 years ago was when the doors first opened to @12roundsgymestepona. 🥳

October 5th 2021 I had the biggest form of anxiety starting a new chapter that scared the shit out of me. Self doubt, imposter syndrome entered my head when all I was, was just a kid raised in a council house with little education in Business skills.

The aftermath of Boxing was what gave me the dream and to be brutally honest, after the pandemic and my career gone to shit, it just so happened I was training people in my garage and found the void to fill something that I put my heart and soul into. 🥊

Fast forward 4 years and it’s been one of the most rewarding journeys to date. What I lacked in business skills I had in people skills and the passion to help people become better. This rule snowballed into countless transformations, amazing memories and a community that I’m proud to call my friends. 🙏🏽

Whilst navigating through my next chapter, I’ve been silent in organising behind the scenes the future of 12 rounds gym and I’m excited to announce something very soon 🤩

But just want to say thankyou to every single person past and present who’s supported the gym and the memories over the last 4 years. And cheers to the next 4+ years. It’s been a blast ✌🏾🥂

Alex didn’t just transform her body —
She changed the way she shows up for herself.

What started as a goal to hit a number on the scale
turned into something way more powerful:
Strength. Discipline. Confidence.

She faced setbacks, stayed consistent, and built a lifestyle
that now feels non-negotiable.
Every session, every choice — she showed up.

Alex is proof that when you lead with purpose,
the results go beyond the physical. We are proud of you Aleks!
