No fomo because >>>

I wake up like this.

Kiddy pools, butt cracks & patio workouts.

I still have fun when it’s just me, myself & I.

I do workouts I love that make me feel hot & strong even at 32 weeks pregnant.

Healthy baby girl who looks just like her brother 🥹

The joy I get from being with him is the whole point anyway!!!

Busy making a house a homeeee

I have walking sunshine on my team!!!

& am surrounded by women who believe in what we are building!!!!

One social outing a month completely fills my cup.

Cherry dipped cones 👅

When we say this was our dream collab… we mean it🤍 🍣

One thing about the Sweat Sessions team: we LOVE @therealsushisan and their spicy tuna crispy rice. When @splendra interviewed @amandasimon08 for her ‘On the Mat ‘series and Sushi San’s crispy rice came up, Kendra tagged @therealsushisan… and the next thing we knew, we were emailing with their team about bringing this collab to life.

Fast forward to last night — Kendra taught a candlelit evening Build class, and Sushi San’s spicy tuna crispy rice was waiting for us all post-class. Truly a dream 🍱✨

Huge thanks to @therealsushisan, @splendra, and @amandasimon08 for making it all happen!! 🤍

in my hostess-with-the-mostest era 🎨

It was such a pleasure to bring friends together for cutesy, crafty GNO (+ @ryaninthecity) with @dailyharvest. Steal this vibe for the next time you and your friends get together (holiday party anyone??)

My co-host, @dailyharvest, had the epic idea of getting Mother out of the house to spend some quality time with friends! Much needed because I literally don’t remember the last time I left the house on a school night. I kicked things off with intention setting before we got to painting!! Loved seeing everyone’s creative expression over chit chats and quality time. @lishthestudio is such a vibe — I instantly felt calm and creative walking into her space!

@dailyharvest treated us all to a Holiday Gift box that I am 100% going to be gifting at my white elephant holiday party because it’s a perfect little treat for the wellness obsessed gals who already have a million ice rollers lolll.

While my dried hydrangea painting still needs some help, my heart felt so full being able to be around people who inspire me 💕🎨🖼️
