Sunday was all about being present and feeling grounded.

@ineseva gave us the gift of slowing down.

@oyeyaar_drink helped us connect to our senses.

The grass isn’t greener on the other side.

The grass is greener where you water it.

a shift in perspective. a wisdom nugget that changed my life. cause actually what if there are no right or wrong decisions? what if you make a decision and then you do everything you can to make it the most abundant outcome from that?

to have the awareness to notice negative
perspectives toward any given situation and then steer them towards love/excitement/enthusiasm, in real time. that’s the most advanced form of Yoga. not the fancy poses you see in this post.

Flying to Miami to lead the 20hr Evolution of Vinyasa Yoga Training w/ @tatianagyoga this weekend

and im so excited to keep diving into the practice that shifted everything. a high energy weekend filled with growth, shifts and expansive connections.

cheers to Yoga and all the many ways it’s made life so beautiful
