POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

In the last week of the 2025 AMND season, as much as we wish it weren’t true, we have some retiring announcements from some of our most influential AMND League & A Grade players.

ALEXA-RAE AUSTIN
Player No. 2
Game Caps. 174

In her final week with the AMND League team, Alexa, better known as Lex, is gearing up for her 9th RNC Grand Final. With 3 AMND Premierships under her belt, B2, B1 & A Grade, Lex is striving for the elusive AMND League Premiership to round out her competitive playing career. With 174 games to her name at Reynella alone, it’s time to hang up the boots and step into coaching & coordinating space, an area in which she already devotes a lot of her time.
The black & white remains coursing through her blood, and she’s not going anywhere so watch this space!

Head to Netball SA this Saturday to watch Lex and the AMND League team take on Walkerville in their Grand Final, 2:15pm Court 1. 🤍🩶🖤

As a netball club that is growing and building every season, year-by-year, we get to celebrate some amazing ‘first’ milestones. It’s even more fulfilling when these milestones are experienced by our founding members. Tomorrow, Alexa Austin-Oschmanns will be stepping out on court, playing in her 150th game for our great club....Our first player to reach this milestone.

As a netballer, Lex is supreme: Fierce, competitive and quite the weapon. Those that know her, will know that she lives and breathes netball. She is an inspiration to our junior and senior players alike, and we are so fortunate to have her as a role model for them all.

Off the court, Lex gives so much of her free time to our club and to netball in general. She is a vital part of the backbone of our club, helping drive our club to new heights.

Show your support by coming out to cheer her on in our AMND League Match against Garville at 3:45 pm on Court 4.

We love you, and are so proud of you, Lex. Congratulations on 150 games.

💫 2024 💫 I have pretty amazing people in my life that make the not so fun days fun and the belly laughs, memories and coffee dates love all worth it. 2024 has been a mixed bag of resilience, change, reward, realisations, fear, excitement, self growth, patience and for all this I am grateful for those that enjoy the journey with me. 🫶🏼 2025 I look forward to what you have in store!

Absolutely blown away by the support for our Live Fearless challenge quiz! 🎉 We have raised an incredible $4,470 for Crohn’s & Colitis Australia! 💜
I’m currently sitting 4th in Australia for fundraising, and our amazing Trust Your Gut team is ranked 2nd nationwide! 🙌 Together, we’re truly making an impact for the IBD community. So proud of everyone and can’t thank people enough for their kindness and generosity
