Yesterday we harvested kernza from a fertility experiment that has been going on since 2021. This was the fifth harvest. We had funding from the SAS cap program and we’ll have some continued support from the land institute to look at long-term soil carbon changes. We are also transitioning the experiment to look at kernza termination methods and the effects on soils.

Dear volleyball,

You have taught me so much within these past 2 years…

-Being mentally tough
-Perseverance
-Being disciplined
-Sticking up for one another
-Being determined
-Self Worth

I have learned that you are more than just your sport. 🤍

I learned that no matter what my teammates had my back this whole season. Through the ups and downs we played for each other and I am very thankful to call these girls my teammates. Volleyball has given me once in a life time opportunity to play with my forever friends. I’m am forever grateful.
