The Rose in Deal is one of them.

🌹 After falling in love with Deal on the Kent coast back in 2021 we went back and stayed at the wonderful @therosedeal the following year.

🍽️ Fast forward to 2024 and we were thrilled to receive an order from their founder @alexbagner for our Art Deco side plates, to be used in their restaurant!

What a way to start the day

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday for a sunny al fresco breakfast, celebrating the beautiful ceramics of @harliebrownstudio

We’re so lucky to make home in the Captain’s Garden Stables, opposite Deal Castle, and sharing this space our incredible local creative community was always part of the vision. It was so exciting to see this come to life for the first time.

We had a lot of fun hosting with @harliebrownstudio and @monsieur_le_crabe - the most lovely, talented and creative duo.

And !! everything we ate and drank came from within 50m of the studio.

Thank you @popup_cafe for supplying the coffee and pastries (and for getting me through pregnancy and early motherhood with your coffee and cookies).@hut55deal’s delicious yogurt, granola and plum compote pots went down an absolute storm. It wouldn't be a deal breakfast without a few wreaths from @byggabo (imho a freezer should never be without one for an emergency treat with a cup of tea). Perfect sunflowers, figs and plums from @lavenderandblackberryofdeal and beautiful cut flowers from @nona_lovesknitting’s garden

Can’t believe we’ve just finished 7 nights at @theo2london
We’re now over halfway through the @yvconcerts tour!

Couldn’t ask for a better team of band, crew, management - and of course the endlessly inspiring energy of the Young Voices Choir and their teachers. More than 9000 children each night at the O2! Unbelievable!

It’s been amazing meeting the children (including a girls choir who had flown in from Saudi yesterday) and all the proud parents.

The shows are even more special when friends and family come down - so nice to show my daughters what happens at work, just so they have a sense of what’s going on while I’m away.

Birmingham - here we go!
