NASHVILLE, WE LOVE YOU BIG. 🥹💚 Our team had the best night out celebrating our SESSION Pilates Green Hills inclusion in Nashville Scene’s Best of Nashville! 🏆✨ — To our Green Hills community, this one’s for YOU! Every shake, every session, every familiar face that walks through our doors makes SESSION what it is. We’re so grateful to be recognized alongside some of Nashville’s best, and even more grateful for the community we get to move with every day. — THANK YOU, NASHVILLE! We couldn’t do it without you. 🫶

Doing better about posting, so here you go. Check out a few photos I captured with @crewtrainingclub This isn’t all of them, but it’s a small selection from my phone. Happy 2 years to Crew Training Club! Somebody once told me, “Don’t hold back,” so I’m taking that advice.

year two camera roll 📸🤎🔗 at @crewtrainingclub what an honor and JOY to create an impact on this city and the people in it by way of a lot of movement + even more love. i am more proud every day of the shape this brand is taking — and even more proud of the incredible team that is building it. what started as an endeavor to support one of my favorite humans (hi @dylanemori 🥹) has become a life-changing season that has brought me so much clarity on what it means to take ownership of your own story. if you have stepped foot into crew even once — you get it. a place that is inclusive by action, joyful every day, and incredibly special. to this community: thank you will never, ever be enough. year three, we level-up. go be kind to somebody. 🫂 🤍
