Lighting Completes The Landscape!!!

This project is sooo close to finished, but we had to share the lights so far. The landscaping and lighting will be even more breathtaking once the plants grow in, the custom metalwork and sculptures are installed, custom face mounted glass railings, future composite privacy fence, and the staircase from the rooftop patio to the pool (with a shower installed underneath behind a custom metal privacy screen) are all complete.

The lighting features @inlite_global Sway, Sway Low, Sway Extra Low, Disc, Disc Low, Wedge Slim, Luna, Nail, Evo Hyde 180, Dot 22, Dot 60, Scope, Scope Mini, & Flux

The hardscapes feature @techobloc Sleek paver in greyed nickel, Raffinato coping in greyed nickel, Raffinato wall in greyed nickel, and a gas Lumi Firebowl

The decking features @evalastglobal Apex in Himalayan Cedar and Alaskan Driftwood

The Showcase, Part 4.

Side by side.

Techo-Bloc's team worked this Richmond build alongside our crew. Cuts talked through at the saw, slabs lifted together, and new equipment demonstrated out on the gravel.

Training on a live job, with the cameras rolling.

Great sting line accessory from the brick layers. Checking for alignment, figuring out where to start up against a jagged edge like the Rocka Step or Wall this is a great time saver, save cuts and adjustments. @techoblocboss 🙌 🧱

Not every front yard transformation is just about design and installation. Before a single paver is laid, we make sure the project follows the HOA guidelines and receives the required approvals.

For this project, every detail—from the driveway extension to the walkway, landscaping, and overall layout—had to meet the community’s requirements. Taking the time to do it right helps avoid delays, costly changes, and future issues.

A beautiful transformation starts with proper planning. ✅

Thinking about upgrading your home? Let Tino’s Outdoor Services handle the design, HOA requirements, and installation from start to finish.
