Being a part of a community is imperative for our well-being.

For years and years my community was built around my yoga community, to which I am devoted and grateful for.

I made a very important decision a few years ago which was to widen my circle, inspired by Mother Teresa:

"The problem with the world is that we draw the circle of our family too small."

If you want to practice yoga I would love to unroll my yoga mat with you.

If you want to spin, I would love to go to a spin class with you @yyccycle

Let's widen our circle together.
