@airliegardensweddings is a true staple in the Wilmington community and so many have dreams of getting married under the oak trees overlooking the water. Katie and Parker chose to have their ceremony in the pergola garden before inviting guests over to a tent and lounge space over under the trees on the Bradley Creek lawn. We loved the mix of light coastal wood tones and soft seating with fluffy hydrangeas in the perfect transitional greens and maroons. It doesn’t get much more gorgeous than this! If you are planning to book Airlie Gardens as your wedding venue, keep in mind there are a lot of logistics with managing tents, rentals, catering, and more! Luckily the BRE team is here to help make the process easier so you can focus on selecting your favorite linen pattern and where you want to take your gorgeous portraits. The amount of work your vendors do behind the scenes just on an event day (not taking into consideration the one to two years of planning) is absolutely remarkable! If the weather suddenly changes, vendors needing to pivot to Plan B, C, or D due to unforeseen circumstances, malfunctions with wedding party attire, product arriving late or messed up, satisfying requests from the client and the families, etc…. As a team effort we will do it all to ensure your day remains magical! Our role as your planner is essential. We are the bridge, the glue, the ring leader between you and your vendors. It is our responsibility to prepare for the unexpected and keep everyone on the same page in order to bring your dream wedding to life. Wedding days sometimes don’t go exactly as planned (especially when the weather is involved) and that’s okay, because if you let us work our magic, your day will be even more beautiful than you imagined! 🪄 Design + Planning: @designadreamevents Photography (Cover Photography): @trinitytolbertphoto Videography: @weddingsbytiberious Venue: @sycamorebendestate Florals + Lighting: @designperfection Rentals: @partysuppliersandrentals + @lltentandpartyrentals Specialty Rentals: @whitebirchrentals + @designperfection Catering: @spoonfedkitchen Signage: @alexisscottdes Cake: @snacktimesweets Hair: @thebeautytribenc Makeup: @amykennisonmakeup Ceremony + Cocktail Hour Music: @theweddingviolinist + @thewilmingtonpianist Reception Music: @activedj Transportation: @azalealimousine Generator + Fans: @highperformancelightingnc Wedding Dress: @ritavinieris #designadreamevents #designadreamteam #ncwedding

We love walking into a an empty room and dreaming up something that you would have never thought possible. You would be surprised what draping and a few rentals can do! For Hillary and Jacob’s wedding, we had a few key iconic impact pieces that really helped transform the room. The checkered pink and white dance floor was a fun twist on something that was already needed. The custom wallpaper on the white bars added more personality and color. We repurposed the fully floral arrangements from their circular ceremony platform around their bar and DJ booth for consistency and efficiency of their budget. Huge shoutout to our vendor team who made this transformation possible! It’s so nice to work with people who also see the vision and push the limits to create something truly ICONIC.
