One week. One city. A thousand moments I’ll carry with me. ✨ This past week in Mexico City, we stood in the shadow of the Aztec Pyramids of the Sun and Moon in Teotihuacán- humbled and awed- reminded how small we are… and how big life can feel when you’re paying attention. 🇲🇽 We wandered Polanco- a neighborhood so stylish, vibrant and alive- proof that great cities don’t just exist, they energize. ✨ Somewhere between tacos and tequila, we found a local sports bar and cheered on the 49ers (against the Bears) like we were born there. Because joy shows up everywhere if you let it. 🏈 I finally crossed Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo’s studios and Frida Kahlo’s home, Casa Azul, off my bucket list- a place filled with color, courage and creative fire. Long overdue and worth the wait. 🎨 And yes- the food. Mexico City is pure foodie heaven. But this time, the real focus wasn’t what was on the plate- it was who was around the table. Conversations, laughter, shared stories… the kind of nourishment that lingers long after the last bite. 🌮 And then… New Year’s Eve. Watching the son of our dearest friends marry the love of his life- elegant, emotional, and absolutely beyond fabulous. A reminder that love keeps unfolding, generation after generation. 🎇🌠 A beautiful week. A beautiful city. And the perfect way to dance into a brand-new year- with gratitude, wonder and hearts wide open. 🥂💃✨ How did you spend NYE?
