If you told me four years ago that I would end up playing club baseball at Indiana University, I would call you crazy. Transferring to IU my sophomore year from Whittier, I thought I was done with my baseball career for good. Past injuries and the love for the game had me in doubt of continuing. But with some convincing from a friend, I thought I should give it a shot to get myself out there and meet new people. And let me tell you, this was one of the best decisions I could’ve ever made.

From lifelong friendships, to unforgettable memories, and experiencing different parts of the US never how I would’ve thought. To regaining that love and passion for the game, is what club baseball gave to me. It has given me some of the best friends one can ask for. It helped grow as a person, get comfortable with the uncomfortable, and hold an officer position in my final year.

Club baseball has given me so many unforgettable memories from Nashville trips, to a yearly tradition of spring break in PCB, Beer Olympics, Akron’s 1 star hotel, the Yusuf shift, Battle Creek, Bullwinkles at OSU and Brick Street at Miami OH, casino night in Charleston, those brutal triple-headers, parents weekends, and many more!

Lastly, thank you to all the photographers who spent their time with us and captured these amazing photos!

So after playing 18 years of baseball, I can officially say that I am retiring from baseball. Thank you @clubbaseballatiu ❤️.
