Community. We’re made for it. Our souls crave it. But often times we don’t strive to search for it.

I’ve been there. I was longing for a Godly community after college. Playing sports all my life, friends were usually handed to me & I am super thankful for that. But it also makes it kind of hard when you are entering into an unknown season surrounded by strangers.

Over the past 2 years, God heard my prayers and brought together these amazing people I am lucky enough to call my community. We all started in different aspects of life. Coming from different backgrounds. Different cities. Only to come together to encourage and love each other 🤍

Each of these people put themselves out there. Longing for community. And I couldn’t be more thankful that they picked me — US — to be a part of their journey.

I know a pandemic doesn’t make it easy to find community, but by putting yourself out there and creating friendships during a time of uncertainty will make it that much sweeter! So go and meet someone new today🤗

Our aim is to create each workout around having fun, building community, and promoting a healthy lifestyle! Everyone shows up not only to build strength in their bodies, but in their confidence with each weight they lift, rep they push and round they finish💪🏼

Confidence doesn’t start from the outside in, it starts from the inside out. Let’s get it.
