Missing my locks by @lyndsaymaderis 🤍 This was such a fun day way back in February shooting fun stuff with @missashleyhair for #hairproextensionacademy ✨. My first time getting taped-in extensions and Lyndsay was like my fairy godmother💫 Yesss I had gorgeous hair all quarantine, and now that I can finally go out I want it back😭

🤔 What does “Unapologetic” mean??!! I’ll tell you.... listen up!!!! 😎
.
“Becoming Unapologetic means recognizing your own value and worth, creating a new mindset around service and leading with confidence and conviction in your ability to impact the lives of others” @missashleyhair
.
CONFIDENCE is NOT arrogance. Unapologetic Confidence comes from a place of humility and self worth ✨
.
A year ago I invested in myself through @missashleyhair and signed up for The Unapologetic Hair Pro Mentorship Program, and it was the best decision I ever made. I was unhappy. I was constantly comparing myself to others. I was afraid I wasn’t good enough. I was turning into this negative-minded person I didn’t want to be. I looked at myself and made a decision to change my mindset. Today I’m happy, confident in myself and I show up more for my family, friends, and business. Life is not easy, but asking for help and investing in yourself is so important.
.
Check out this video of me a year ago 👉... If you are struggling, I’m here to tell you that it’s ok to not be ok 👌 But I encourage you to make the decision to do better and be better for no one else but yourself 💕 and I will be your biggest cheerleader! 🤸🏼‍♀️ #unapologetichairpro #goflawless

So crushing (professionaly 🤫😋) on @alexkingcreative right now and will definitely be cyberstalking for the next few weeks. Love the approach and “no bull” authenticity of his social media strategy. I’m DEFINITELY not the “blonde mompreneur instamomster” and really struggle to relate to them (Jeez Karen! Show me the mess in your lounge or the unwashed laundry, or where your kid drew on the wall with permanent marker and I might take you a bit more seriously!) What I’m loving though is “making it real” - step away from the stock photos and “insert real life here” . Thanks so much for the session #alexkingcreative #2020essentialoilsymposium #essentialoilsymposium2020 #younglivingessentialoils #youngliving #younglivingafrica #alexkingrocks #socialmediacrush #entrepreneur #entrepreneurlife

The guy knows the way to my heart, what can I say?? 🤣🍹💗 I’ve locked myself in my bedroom today to focus on lots of writing & content. @alexkingcreative just brought me up my fave happy cup filled w/ice + faves for making a healthy fizzy beverage!
Ningxia Red (antioxidants for cellular wellness!) + Zyng (YL’s healthy energy drink!) + Nitro (ginseng for clarity & focus!) so I can mix it when I’m ready 🤪🤪 It made me laugh & smile so I wanted to share!

Back on the grid! Apparently my 📱& 💻 both came down with coronavirus this weekend. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Technology Blackout. Like freaky freaky stuff - I think it was a huge sign from universe to do a full digital detox and rest. If I hadn’t had @alexkingcreative, the nerd 🤓lord, here I would have had to go to the grocery store or some place to use their phone?! And even being the tech nerd that he is, he was freaked out by what happened to all my stuff. Wowza just more reasons to be grateful for everything more than ever AND more reason to write 📝down important phone numbers on a piece of REAL paper, OH AND more reasons to date a nerd. Helllooooo 🤓🤓 This whole quarantine situation has been so eye opening! We have a tendency to take things for granted, especially the things that “just work” all the time. Our reality is so different right now, BUT that’s ok! Just so many more reasons to be present and focus on what’s most important.
✨So over the past few days I’ve been cooking like crazy (from actual cookbooks 📚 yay) and we’ve been in the pool playing a lot of “water horsey” (S/O to Frozen 2). 💦 ❄️ Hugs From our quarantine home to yours.😉
